TERMS & CONDITIONS
The turnaround time starts when pricing and art proofs have been approved and payment has been received or payment arrangements have been made. We can't begin production until all of the aforementioned is complete. Please keep this in mind if your project has a hard deadline. On average, our turnaround time is 5-7 business days plus shipping. Complex orders/add-ons after order approval may delay order.
We must be made aware of hard deadlines when the order is placed. A rush fee may apply. If we are not made aware of a due date until after the order has been approved and processed, we may not be able to accommodate a rush request.
Any circumstances out of Daylight Curfew's control (e.g., weather delays, shipping errors, delays from suppliers, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the standard turnaround time.
Digital proofs will be sent via email and must be approved prior to production. Art must be checked for spelling, color, print size, art placement, and any other project-specific notes. We match all colors provided in the artwork to the closest Pantone color (unless specified by customer). Please reference a Pantone color book to verify. Any modifications requested after proof approval could result in production delays and additional expenses.
Art files must be at least 300 DPI at actual print size or vector format. All text must be rasterized or converted to outlines. Daylight Curfew is not responsible for poor results due to poor artwork. The art that is approved is the art that will be used to print. Daylight Curfew is not responsible for any misspellings, layout errors, or other issues with your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out prior to approval, but we may not catch them all.
Daylight Curfew is not responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 5%. If exact quantities are needed, ordering extras is highly recommended
Daylight Curfew is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, holes, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, or any other garment defects. Garments are inspected during quality checks, but Daylight Curfew cannot guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is needed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations made after order approval will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover pre-production services already rendered (e.g., screens, ink mixing, etc.). No cancellations will be accepted once any manipulation of the garments (e.g., tag removal, printing, etc.) has begun.
Given the custom nature of each order, we do not offer refunds. However, in the event that an order is printed out of spec, we will gladly reprint the order upon our receipt and verification of improperly manufactured goods. Daylight Curfew must be notified of any issues within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
