What is the Advanced Reservation Program?
The Advanced Reservation Program allows you to reserve a product. Once your reservation is confirmed, your item will be made specifically for you in our upcoming production cycle.
If I order both the Ben 10 Jacket and Omnitrix Hoodie, when will I receive them?
If you order both items together, they’ll ship at the same time—once the Ben 10 Jackets are finished with production. We’re currently aiming for a May 29th ship date for the jackets.
Prefer to get your Omnitrix Chenille Hoodie sooner? Place a separate order, and we’ll ship it out on its own—please note that the Omnitrix Hoodies ship roughly 10 business days after your purchase.
Missed the First Drop of the Ben 10 x Daylight Curfew Jacket (No. 1)?
The jacket was re-released as part of our Advanced Reservation Program on March 27th and will ship around May 29th. Reservations are now closed so please sign up for the waitlist to be notified if the jacket is restocked.
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis, and spots are limited. This system ensures your place in the next production run.
When Will I Receive My Ben 10 Jacket?
Advanced Reservations are now closed and the first run of jacket will be shipping around May 29th. Stay tuned for the next Advanced Reservations window to open.
Do I Pay Upfront For Advanced Reservations?
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. This ensures materials for your jacket have been secured and a production slot has been reserved.
Please keep in mind that once the reservation window closes, we are unable to accept size changes or cancellations, as your jacket will already be in production.
Will There Be Another Opportunity to Purchase The Ben 10 Jacket?
There may not be. Many of our items are limited-run and may not be restocked after reservations close. If you're interested in owning the Ben 10 Jacket (No. 1), we recommend placing a reservation during this upcoming release.
What is the Ben 10 Jacket sizing like?
The size guide can be found here. The jacket is closely related to a slim line motorcycle jacket so we suggest sizing up if you'd like to layer or for a roomier fit.
