When will the they be available?
When will the Ben 10 Classic or Omniverse Tee be available? When will it ship? And what are the bundles / pricing?
The Ben 10 Classic Tees are now shipping. Omniverse Tees will be shipping around December 10th. If you order contains an Omniverse Tee then it will ship around December 10th.
What is the Advanced Reservation Program?
The Advanced Reservation Program allows you to reserve a product. Once your reservation is confirmed, your item will be made specifically for you in our upcoming production cycle.
If I order an Advanced Reservation alongside a product that is in stock, when will I receive them?
If you order both items together, they’ll ship when both items become available. If you would you like to split ship your order you will need to place separate orders.
Do I Pay Upfront For Advanced Reservations?
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. This ensures materials for your jacket have been secured and a production slot has been reserved.
Please keep in mind that once the reservation window closes, we are unable to accept size changes or cancellations, as your jacket will already be in production.
Missed the First Drop of the Ben 10 x Daylight Curfew Jacket (No. 1)?
We will open advanced reservations for select Ben 10 releases on a rolling basis. If the item you'd like is sold out please check back soon. We will be announcing the final Advanced Reservation for Jacket (No. 1) soon so make sure you get yours before they're gone for good.
Will There Be Another Opportunity to Purchase The Ben 10 Jacket?
There may not be. Many of our items are limited-run and may not be restocked after reservations close. If you're interested in owning the Ben 10 Jacket (No. 1), we recommend placing a reservation during this upcoming release.
What is the Ben 10 Jacket sizing like?
The size guide can be found here. The jacket is closely related to a slim line motorcycle jacket so we suggest sizing up if you'd like to layer or for a roomier fit.
What is a 10 Minute Drop?
Our hyper limited 10 Minute Drops feature one-time releases available for 10 minutes. Once they're gone, they're gone. The first 10 minute drop in our Ben 10 x DLC collab was The Heatblast T-shirt, available in two colorways. Stay tuned for our next 10 minute drop.
