BEN 10: SHADOW VARIANTS - SHIPPING DELAY

UPDATE: Sunday, June 28th, 12:40pm ET

Unfortunately, our finished Ben 10: Shadow Variants shipment was selected for a customs inspection while departing our production facilities, resulting in an unexpected delay. While customs inspections are a normal part of shipping, they are random and outside the control of both our production and fulfillment teams. 

We know many of you were expecting your order to ship this week, and we're sincerely sorry for the delay. We're actively working with our freight partner to move the shipment as quickly as possible, but unfortunately this portion of the shipping process is largely outside of our hands. And due to current political conflicts, freight shipping has experienced longer delays than usual.

Based on the latest information we've received, we now expect to begin shipping orders the week of July 27. If the shipment moves more quickly than anticipated, we'll absolutely begin fulfilling orders sooner.

We know this isn't the update anyone wanted to receive, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work through this unexpected delay. As a small independent brand, we care deeply about delivering on our promises, and we're just as disappointed by this situation as you are.
