Return / Exchange / Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, pending item availability and payment verification, as most our apparel is custom made for you when you order. We want to deliver the freshest merchandise possible, not something that has sat stale on a warehouse shelf for years. Word.
Items in your order may ship separately, as we use multiple fulfillment locations throughout the US.
Once Daylight Curfew has delivered your package to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Daylight Curfew is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns on custom made items. We will replace an item if it shows up with a manufacturing defect or damaged. We also include this policy in your order confirmation, and is manually agreed upon during checkout via checkbox, there are occasions that we can switch a size if the garment has not gone into production (within 1 hour of placing your order). Please email us at: store (at) daylightcurfew (dot) com if you have any questions about if your order qualifies for return.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with any tags still attached or the item will be returned to you and no refund / exchange will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend adding a tracking service for confirmation of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is damaged, customers must contact Daylight Curfew within 7 days of receiving their package to arrange for a replacement.
Please consult the SIZE GUIDE to ensure your t-shirt, hoodie, etc is the right fit and double check your order and its sizing before completing your purchase.
Discount Codes & Temporary Promotions
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes. Offers may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for return.
Price Adjustment Policy
Daylight Curfew offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be available for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price. Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only.
We do not offer refunds for any digital download or mp3 purchases.
