Swervedriver is an English alternative rock band that emerged with a heavier sound than their shoegaze contemporaries and evolved to include elements of psychadelia, classic pop, and indie rock.
Between 1989 and 1998, the band released four studio albums and numerous EPs despite a flux of members, managers, and record labels. In 2008, the band reunited for touring purposes, and on March 3rd 2015, Swervedriver released their fifth studio album I Wasn't Born to Lose You, their first album in 17 years.
