Today we were sent the latest 12″ from Miami DJ/MC/Producer, Lumin. Needless to say we’re digging it.

The digi release, “One More Day” b/w “Sacrifice”, was released on Oddinhuman Music this past September. The music has a certain nostalgic vibe that conjures up good ol’ memories of smokey backyard barbeques in Brooklyn, where everyone is sporting half full foamy red solo cups. The gatherings that would erupt into spontaneous dance parties until the cops were called. When life was smooth.

The Manuvers remix of “One More Day” stands out as a favorite although each track on the release is strong enough to stand up on its own. Overall the collection gets a thumbs up from us and has been on repeat throughout the day.
